Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments are received before a session and the appointment is generally set within 48 hours and sometimes for the same day. Once a session is confirmed via text or email, if you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment the full amount will be returned. No refund for payments will be offered if an appointment is canceled with less than 3 hours notice. If an appointment is missed, you forfeit the full amount for your session. The session will be rescheduled if you have an emergency that comes up.
